Dr. Greg Millwood grew up in Columbia, South Carolina. He graduated from Irmo High School, went to college at Wofford College, and received his doctorate in dental medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Millwood completed his residency at Palmetto Health Richaland in the Midlands. He is a member of the South Carolina Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Greater Columbia Dental Association.
Dr. Millwood values giving back to the local community. He has volunteer at the national Give Kids a Smile program and the Lexington County Children’s Dental Clinic. He also enjoys spending time with his family, all USC and Wofford sports, and spending time outdoors.
Dr. Caitlin Smith is a native of Lexington, South Carolina, where she graduated from Lexington High School. She attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia and achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She then went on to the Medical University of South Carolina and completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Smith is committed to providing her patients personalized, comprehensive care, and making sure they each have a pleasant dental experience. She is a member of the American Dental Association, South Carolina Dental Association, and a past-President of the Greater Columbia Dental Association. Dr. Smith is passionate about treating her patients with the best and most current dental techniques and attends countless hours of continuing education.
Dr. Smith currently resides in Lexington with her husband, Daryl, son, Colton, and their two golden retrievers, Gunner and Piper. In her free time, she enjoys going to Gamecock sporting events, dining out with friends, staying active, and spending time with family.

Office Manager
Jessica’s journey in dentistry began in 2002 when she worked as a receptionist alongside her mother at a dental practice in West Columbia, South Carolina. Over the years, her passion for the field has only grown, and she has become a dedicated and knowledgeable member of the dental community. Jessica has continually pursued professional development, attending numerous continuing education courses, completing HIPAA and OSHA training, and earning CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
Now living in Camden, South Carolina, Jessica is a proud mother of three children and the owner of a lovable Shih-Poo named Zoey. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, running, and indulging in her love for music. Jessica’s commitment to patient care is evident in her personal approach. She enjoys interacting with patients and is known for remembering most of them by name, which adds a personal touch to their experience.
Financial Coordinator
Since joining the Cayce Family Dentistry team in 2015, Lydia has been an essential part of our practice. With a passion for helping patients navigate their dental insurance benefits and financial options, she is dedicated to ensuring everyone receives the care they deserve without the stress of financial confusion. Lydia is known for her attention to detail and her ability to simplify complex financial information, making it easy for patients to understand and make informed decisions about their dental care. Her commitment to building strong, lasting relationships with patients ensures they feel supported throughout their entire dental journey.
Outside of the office, Lydia enjoys a fulfilling family life. She is a devoted mother to two children and the proud owner of three playful doodles. When she’s not working, Lydia loves DIY projects and spending time outdoors—whether it’s hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying nature with her loved ones.
Lydia feels truly fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated team and is excited to continue helping our patients achieve the smile they deserve.

Alisha moved to Columbia, SC with her family in 2001. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 2014. In 2017, she graduated from Midlands Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene and joined the Cayce Family Dentistry Team in 2018. In her free time she enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband, Pete, son, Desmond, and pup, Timber.
Dental Hygienist
Courtney grew up in Manning, SC where she graduated from Laurence Manning Academy in 2016. She continued her education at Florence-Darlington Technical College for her Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Certificate in 2019 and her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 2021.Courtney currently resides in Lexington with her husband, Zach, and their two pups, Gilly and Nala. In her free time, she enjoys going to Gamecock football/baseball games, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
Dental Hygienist
Diane has lived in Columbia since 1991 and graduated from Midlands Technical College in 1997 with an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. In 2022, She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Bridgeport. She works part time at Midlands Technical College as a clinical dental hygiene instructor and with CRDTS as a clinical dental hygiene examiner. Diane and her husband have two fur babies, Kit Kat and Doli, have visited all 47 South Carolina state parks and love visiting national parks for vacation.

Katie was born and raised in Lexington, SC. She completed her college education at Midlands Technical College where she received her Associates in Arts in 2018, Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Certificate in 2020, and Associates in Dental Hygiene in 2024. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. Katie has a strong passion for helping people achieve their best smile and cares deeply about her patients. In her spare time, she loves being by the ocean, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Katie and her spouse, Scott, have one fur baby, Abby Tabby.
Dental Hygienist
Kelsea was born and raised in Eddyville, Kentucky. She attended Western Kentucky University where she earned her Bachelor of Science, completing her dental hygiene program in 2009. She moved to Columbia where she began her dental hygiene career. Kelsea is passionate about empowering her patients to achieve optimal oral health through patient education. She and her husband Curren reside in West Columbia where they enjoy spending lots of time with their son Lev. In her spare time, Kelsea enjoys coffee, wine, a good book and spending time with friends.
Dental Assistant
Rachel was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Columbia in 2020. She graduated from Career Training Academy in 2017 and received her expanded duty dental assisting certificate. Cayce Family Dentistry welcomed her in July 2024 and Rachel is currently Dr. Milwood’s lead dental assistant. She has a background in general dentistry, orthodontics, and periodontics.
Rachel is married to her husband David, has a son named Colter, and a dog named Nova. In her free time, you can find her with family, outdoors on the river fishing, or watching USC football. Go Gamecocks!
Dental Assistant
April was born and raised in Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina, and graduated from Accelerated Dental Assistant Academy in 2022. She has been a dental assistant for over four years and loves helping patients feel comfortable and at ease.
April is married to her husband, Andy, who is active-duty Air Force, and they have a rescue dog named Bowser. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and going to the gym.
